Body Discovered In Search For Hudson's Nephew

Police searching for Jennifer Hudson's seven-year-old nephew said they have found a boy's body, reports The Press Association.

Julian King was last seen on Friday, when the Oscar-winning actress's mother and brother were found shot dead in a "domestic related" incident in their Chicago home, police said.

Hudson offered a 100,000 dollar (£64,574) reward for the safe return of her nephew on Sunday night.

The identity of the body, found inside a white SUV vehicle, has not been confirmed. A spokesman for the Cook County Medical Examiner's office confirmed they have sent investigators to the scene.

A Chicago police spokesman refused to comment on the identity of the body.

The Chicago Tribune cites law enforcement sources who say the boy was shot multiple times while in the back of the vehicle.

TMZ reports that Jennifer Hudson is on her way to the Medical Examiner's office to identify the body.

Chicago police have confirmed the body they found was in fact Julian King, Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew.

Hudson Offers $100,000 Reward For Missing Nephew

Jennifer Hudson has offered a $100,000 reward for the return of her nephew, 7-year-old Julian King, who has been missing since Friday.

Hudson also posted a picture of the outfit in which Julian was last seen on her MySpace page.

According to a statement from Jennifer's rep, "Jennifer and her family appreciate the enormous amount of love, support and prayers they have received while she and her family try to cope with this tragedy and continue the search for Julian. We ask that all inquiries be directed to the Chicago Police Department, Area 1 Detective Division at 312/747-8380."

Jennifer Hudson's Mother & Brother Killed

The mother of Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson was reportedly found dead in a South Side home, according to a representative of the family's church, CBS Station WBBM-TV in Chicago reported.

Two adults were found fatally shot at a home at 3 p.m. Friday, authorities said. Willie Davis, the pastor of the Hudson family's church, Progressive Baptist, confirmed that 57-year-old Darnell Hudson Donnerson was one of the victims.

The other victim was a man, the Chicago Fire Department said.

The shooting is believed to be domestic.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's office has been notified of the deaths of two people from a home at the address, but additional information is unavailable.

The bodies of 57-year-old Darnell Donerson and 29-year-old Jason Hudson were discovered on Friday afternoon at Donerson's home in the city's South Side area. Meanwhile, Hudson's seven-year-old nephew Julian King was missing from the scene.

"We can confirm that there is an ongoing investigation concerning the deaths of Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson," Hudson's representative, Lisa Kasteler, said in a statement. "No further comment will be made and the family has asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time."

Chicago police have named William Balfour as "a suspect in the double homicide". The man, who is currently in custody, reportedly lived at Donerson's home last year.

Jennifer Hudson was on set in NYC to film Sex And The City: The Movie. The Oscar winner will play the role of Carrie Bradshaw's assistant. Carrie is played by Sarah Jessica Parker.

Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson has joined the cast of Sex and the City: The Movie.

According to comingsoon.net, Hudson will play the role of Carrie Bradshaw's assistant. Carrie is played by Sarah Jesicca Parker.
The film will also star Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon. The film revolves around the lives of the four main Sex and the City characters. The TV show ended after a six-year run in 2004.

The movie will begin shooting in New York on Sept. 19.
