Eminem Had Health Scare

TMZ reports that Eminem was rushed to hospital over the holidays.

The rapper was taken to a Detroit-area hospital for a serious heart condition and severe pneumonia. Sources tell TMZ that Em's weight has ballooned to over 200 lbs.

Eminem's publicist told TMZ: "Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem, was under doctor's care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia. He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home."

Eminem & Kim Agree To Play Nice

Eminem and his ex-wife Kim have agreed to stop publicly insulting each other.

Eminem and Kim attended a closed court hearing at Detroit's Macomb Circuit Court yesterday and agreed to stop making "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory and otherwise negative comments."

The agreement was made following a motion filed by Eminem last month to protect their 11-year-old daughter Hailie.

Eminem's lawyer said: "We're happy the court was able to bring this matter to a just and equitable resolution."

Kim's attorney said: "The decision was reached for the full benefit of the child. They have to attempt to promote a good relationship and can't talk bad about each other to the child."

In February, Kim appeared on Detroit's Wkqi-FM's Mojo In The Morning radio show and said: "I can't stand him. He's an absolutely horrible person, and he gets worse every day. I vomit in my mouth whenever I'm around him or I hear his name."

She also described sex with her ex-husband as "bad" saying: "He's not very well endowed."

Kim added: "If you're going to have sex with Marshall, make sure you have a little blue pill (Viagra), because otherwise it does not work."

The couple first married in 1999 but divorced two years later.

They remarried in January 2006 and Eminem filed for divorce in April of that year. The divorce was finalized in December.

Eminem Wants Kim To Shut Up

Eminem is going to court to make his ex-wife Kim shut her trap, reports TMZ.com

The rapper has filed a motion attempting to prevent Kim Mathers from making "derogatory, disparaging, inflammatory, and otherwise negative comments" about him in interviews.

He claims that Kim's - who he married and divorced twice - negative comments are harming their daughter Hallie who is 11. He will appear in court to discuss the motion on Monday, reports the Detroit News.

Kim has been bashing Eminem in all the TV and radio interviews which she has done in the last two months. Some of the things she has said include: that she vomits in her mouth whenever she hears his name, that Eminem is not terribly well endowed, that he's a bad father, and that he drove her to attempt suicide.

In the motion to suppress Kim's speech, Eminem says that she must be silenced to "protect the child from further harm," and to prevent "any further behavior likely to expose the minor child to humiliation and hostility."

Eminem Summoned By Irish Court

Eminem has been summoned by a court in Ireland in a legal battle over a show he cancelled, reports DigitalSpy.

The rapper pulled out of a performance at Slane Castle in 2005 and gig promoter MCD has been engaged in an argument with its insurers.

MCM claims it was covered for the late cancellation of the Anger Management concert, for which it had sold 80,000 tickets, but three London-based insurance companies disagree.

Judge Peter Kelly, who is overseeing the civil action by the promoter, said Eminem must testify as to his health at the time of the show.

Kelly has issued a letter of request to the US District Court of the Eastern District of Michigan to be able to examine the star on oath.

Ex Speaks Out About Eminem

Marshall Mathers ex wife has been speaking about the rapper reports The Mirror.

Eminem's ex-wife Kim Mathers, 32, claims that she was afraid of the rapper after he fantasised about murdering her in a song.

Kim said: "During his first tour in 1999 he was cheating on me a lot and drinking and using drugs.

"His ego just went poof. He was untouchable. Like he was God, that's what he thought."

She says she slit her wrists in 2000 because Eminem beat up a blow up doll of her on stage while the audience at his concert in Detroit cheered.

In an interview on US TV next Friday she will say: "Just hearing the crowd's response...I knew that it was about me."

The couple wed in June 1999, were divorced in August 2000 then remarried in January 2006.

But Kim said Emienm, 34, soon began ignoring her and the pair, who have one child, divorced again.

Eminem Obsessed With Mariah?

Mariah Carey has claimed that comments made by Eminem prove that he is obsessed with her.

The singer was shocked when Eminem accused her of being a liar after she denied his claims that they had dated in 2001.

Mariah told Playboy magazine "Something is clearly askew with him and I'm not quite sure what it is."

"I just heard something else he recently said about me."I'm curious as to why he's so obsessed with me. I never got an apology letter, by the way. Then again, I wasn't exactly searching my mailbox for it."
