The Stanley Cup as a Love Interest ???

This is great time of year for hockey fans(Go FLYERS!). The NHL PLayoffs are in full gear. There are 16(well 15 now that St Louis is out)battling for the best trophy in all of sports - Lord Stanley's Cup ! The Stanley Cup however seems to have a life of it's own. The cup will tour to the home town of every player on the NHL champions team. The cup also has become a celebrity and an object of much affection!

“I box a lot, I spin and I surf. I try to mix it up. I obviously have to be in shape 24 hours and the gym can be super monotonous, so I just get outside and try to make it fun so my body doesn’t get bored.”

American Idol 2009 - Update

This show has basically jumped the shark, there are just not that many talented people to support this show for another year...and yet they continue to try to distract us from the world around us by giving us an endless stream of people to mock

The highlights so far were Katrina Darrell who sang in a bikini, she was then challenged by new judge Kara DioGuardi , who went as far as to "demonstrate" how the song should be sung. Katrina responded with "you weren't any better than me" ouch !
