Ried was born in Frankfurt, Germany. In April 15, 1985. Ried has distant French Cajun and Indian heritage. She grew up as an army brat and was raised primarily in southern California.
She has attended college for two years studying mechanical engineering.
In October 2007, Ried became a contract star for Third Degree Films.
