Mail - While many of us are carrying a few extra pounds, following the over-indulgences of Christmas and New Year, the singer Beyoncé seems to have kept in shape. She squeezed into a slim fitting rainbow print dress to soak up some New Year's sunshine with her husband of eight months, Jay-Z, in the Caribbean yesterday. And she deserves the compliments that are bound to come her way - even while taking this rare time out she has been sticking to her strict exercise schedule.
