The animated GIF is of Eliza Dushku, Tru Calling lead actress and Angel and Buffy regular. She's been in a few films, too, most notably Wrong Turn, Sole Survivors and - the source of this kinky clip - Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
Jay and Bob is well worth a repeat viewing, thanks to the majority of the female cast being dressed in black latex for a heist scene! If I can get any more pics or video I'll post them in the future.
